I'm currently pursuing my Master's in Computer Engineering at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where I'm focused on distributed systems, networking, and backend infrastructure.
Before grad school, I worked at Citi and interned at IBM, NETGEAR, and a startup in Vancouver, building software across fintech, automation, and networking systems.

Outside of building software, I love traveling (10 countries and counting!), discovering new coffee shops near me, and scuba diving whenever I get the chance. I'm especially drawn to experiences that let me explore new places and perspectives.

Built a social discovery app to share experience recommendations with your friends. Features include an activity feed of what friends are exploring, creating and sharing lists, and discovering popular places to explore. Inspired by popular consumer social apps: BeReal, Splitwise, Instagram, and Beli.

Built a real-time mock interview platform that analyzes non-verbal communication during behavioral interviews using live webcam input. Implemented computer vision pipelines with Google MediaPipe to generate eye contact and facial expression feedback in real time.
